I’m currently supporting a well-established consultancy within the built environment sector that is looking to appoint a Project Manager / Contract Administrator to join their growing team.

With a strong pipeline of secured work over the coming years, this is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and professional environment delivering projects across the UK.

This role will suit someone who enjoys managing projects from early-stage planning through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors across a range of construction, refurbishment, and fit-out schemes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing projects from initial client brief through to delivery
  • Developing project programmes and coordinating key project information
  • Appointing and managing external consultants, including reviewing fee proposals and monitoring performance
  • Leading and coordinating design teams through planning and tender stages
  • Preparing and administering JCT contracts (Design & Build, Intermediate and Minor Works)
  • Acting as Contract Administrator / Employer’s Agent where required
  • Chairing and documenting project meetings (both in person and remotely)

  • Carrying out site visits and reporting progress back to clients

  • Full UK driving licence

This is a great opportunity to join a supportive consultancy with a strong reputation and consistent workload, offering long-term career development and exposure to a variety of projects.
