Junior Family Solicitor – (Liverpool)

A highly regarded, Legal 500 ranked law firm in Liverpool is seeking a Junior Family Solicitor to join its well-established and growing Family team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable practice known for delivering high-quality, client-focused advice on a range of complex and often high-value family law matters.

The Role

You will be joining a busy and supportive Family Law team handling a broad and varied caseload, with a particular focus on privately funded work. The role will include exposure to:

  • Divorce and separation matters
  • Financial remedy proceedings, including high net worth and complex asset cases
  • Private children matters
  • Cohabitation disputes and TOLATA claims
  • Pre‑ and post‑nuptial agreements
  • Advising high‑net‑worth and often high‑profile individuals

About You

  • A qualified Solicitor (2‑5 years PQE preferred)
  • Experienced in Family Law during training or post‑qualification
  • Comfortable working on privately funded matters (HNW exposure desirable)
  • Strong academically with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident in client‑facing situations and relationship building
  • Keen to develop within a Legal 500‑ranked environment
