  • Drive footfall and sales through an omnichannel/omnicommerce strategy, including digital client outreach and in‑store events.

Key Responsibilities

STORE

  • Ensure exceptional client experiences and build loyalty within the community.
  • Foster a client outreach program to drive store footfall.
  • Motivate and support the store team to reach KPI targets and maintain a KPI‑driven environment.
  • Supervise in‑store events via booking services and follow up to nurture client relationships.
  • Analyze store performance and aid the Store Manager in defining actions to achieve business objectives.
  • Act on opportunities with your team to secure all sales.
  • Maintain visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Manage stock across all aspects.

TEAM MANAGEMENT

  • Support the Store Manager in planning daily work and operations.
  • Drive the team toward a strong client loyalty base through in‑store activities.
  • Motivate and coach the team to meet personal and store targets.
  • Facilitate workshops to enhance performance.
  • Foster an open, friendly, and transparent team environment.
  • Arrange and host structured staff meetings each month.

COMMUNICATION & DEVELOPMENT

  • Keep yourself and the team updated on relevant information and business trends.
  • Support clear, consistent communication lines.
  • Handle administrative duties such as reporting and communicating with the store team and GANNI stakeholders.
  • Drive your own development and improve leadership skills.

Professional Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of store management and team‑leading experience.
  • Experience with digital clienteling and a strong client database.
  • Understanding of omnichannel and omnicommerce.
  • Results‑driven, goal‑oriented sales mindset.
  • Experience with business intelligence programs and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience coaching staff to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Fluency in English.
