Senior Research Manager within the Education team, responsible for leading high-profile studies and large-scale surveys for government clients.
Responsibilities
- Design complex questionnaires and topic guides
- Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to produce insightful, in-depth, publishable reports
- Run multiple projects through planning, prioritisation and communication
- Apply advanced data manipulation techniques, including weighting and sampling
While Senior Research Managers are typically mixed-method researchers, this role requires a stronger quantitative focus.
About You
- Significant experience working in research in the education sector in the UK
- Experience juggling multiple projects with varying timelines
- Strong quantitative research skillset and technical skills in statistical software (SPSS, R or similar)
- Some evaluation experience would be appreciated; willingness to learn if not
- Clear communication skills
