Recruitment Consultant (180) – Transportation & Infrastructure

Location: Portsmouth | Hybrid Working

Advanced Resource Managers (ARM) is looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our established Transportation & Infrastructure team.

This is a 180 role focused purely on candidate resourcing, working on a busy, high-performing desk with live roles across major UK infrastructure projects.

The Role

• Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates
• Managing candidate pipelines across multiple live vacancies
• Supporting senior consultants on key client accounts
• Building strong relationships within specialist technical markets

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years’ recruitment experience (any sector)
• Strong attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach
