Project Manager – Tier 1 – South Wales

We are searching for a Project Manager to join the expanding team based in South Wales region. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of design and build projects for an award‑winning Tier 1 contractor based in Cardiff. The Project Manager will initially head up the team working on a new build education facility in Cardiff (circa £25m).

Requirements

  • Experience delivering D&B projects as Project Lead

  • SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid

  • Plan resources on site to maximise productivity and profit
  • Manage projects to the highest standards of safety
  • Manage sub-contractors and project stakeholders
  • Deliver projects to meet contractual standards

Package

  • Basic salary of £67,500 – £82,500
