The Role

You’ll be responsible for all reactive and planned maintenance across the site, keeping production running safely and efficiently. Day-to-day you’ll be diagnosing faults, carrying out PPM schedules, repairing plant and equipment, and working closely with the production team to minimise downtime.

Shift Pattern

Day Shifts: 06:00 – 14:30

What’s on Offer

  • £45,000 per annum
  • 21 days holiday + statutory bank holidays
  • Company pension – 5% employer and 4% employee
  • Private Health Insurance (employer‑funded for employee; dependants can be added at personal cost, auto‑enrolled each December)
  • Overtime opportunities available

What You’ll Need

  • Multi‑skilled engineering background – mechanical bias
  • NVQ Level 3 / Apprenticeship in Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years’ post‑apprenticeship experience in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of PLCs and control panel diagnostics
  • 18th Edition wiring regulations (preferred)
  • Comfortable working at height and independently
