Job Description

Location: Bristol (hybrid). You will be based in the Bristol office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for the remainder of the week.

We’re embarking on an exciting new phase in the expansion of our Procurement target operating model and are looking for talented individuals to be part of the journey. These changes will enhance the capability of Computershare’s global Procurement teams. Our ambition is to create a function that is proactively called upon by the business to enable growth while reducing cost and managing risk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle small to medium negotiations including contract work, market analysis and financial analysis.
  • Support supplier onboarding.
  • Contract management including new and renewals.
  • Interact with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams in support of supplier sourcing.
  • Prepare reporting and presentations as needed.
  • Manage small to medium tail suppliers through lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of procurement categories and the associated supplier landscape.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain, Economics, Finance, Operations or related area.
  • Experience negotiating commercial terms and fees; strong procurement negotiation experience.
  • Minimum project management qualification – or significant experience in this field.
  • Resilient and able to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
