About the Role
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our award-winning team. This role is centred on delivering an exceptional, luxury retail experience, guiding clients to make confident, informed purchasing decisions, from everyday pieces to bespoke, high-value designs.
While a passion for jewellery is welcomed, we are particularly interested in candidates with a background in luxury retail, as full product training will be provided.
You will play a key role in achieving and exceeding sales targets, building lasting client relationships, and delivering a premium, personalised service at every stage of the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a luxury, tailored customer experience that exceeds expectations
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Guide customers through product selections and bespoke design consultations
- Build, manage, and grow your personal client portfolio
- Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout their journey
- Maximise every sales opportunity through expert advice and upselling
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and professionalism
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in luxury or premium retail sales (jewellery experience not essential)
- Confident, enthusiastic, and highly sales-driven
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Well-presented, professional, and detail-oriented
- Motivated, proactive, and able to use initiative
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Comfortable using technology and retail systems
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience with high-value or consultative sales
- Background in bespoke or made-to-order products
- Visual merchandising experience
- Advanced selling or negotiation skills
