The role will involve working on a range of mid-market M&A transactions across software, tech-enabled, and business services sectors, with direct exposure to senior bankers and clients from day one. It’s a strong opportunity for someone looking for broader responsibility, lean deal teams, and a clear progression path.
Looking to speak with candidates who have
- 2–5 years’ M&A / Corporate Finance experience
- Strong modelling and execution capabilities
- Exposure to Technology, Services, or broader growth sectors
- Experience from an investment bank, advisory boutique, accountancy deals team
- ACA / ACCA qualification would be an advantage but not necessary
