The role would suit someone collaborative, technically confident and comfortable working within a fast paced studio environment.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and delivery of large scale mixed tenure housing schemes
  • Produce high quality architectural information and coordinated Revit models
  • Support planning submissions, design reports and presentation materials
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors and wider project teams across all stages

  • Contribute to the delivery of sustainable, commercially viable and well-resolved housing projects
  • Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams

Requirements

  • Qualified Architect, Project Architect or experienced Part II Assistant
  • Strong experience across UK residential architecture, ideally large-scale or mixed-tenure housing
  • Experience working on schemes of 100+ homes, ideally within London
  • Good understanding of UK housing standards, London Plan policy and residential delivery
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Collaborative and proactive approach within team environments
  • Ideally around 3 – 5 years’ professional experience

Benefits

  • Join a globally recognised, design led architecture studio
  • Work on significant residential projects across London and the UK
  • Collaborative and experienced housing team environment
  • Hybrid working and competitive benefits package
  • Opportunity to develop within a large international practice

Why This Role

This is an opportunity to join a respected and established housing team working on meaningful residential projects at scale, within a studio known for its long-term investment in design quality, delivery and urban thinking.
