We are looking for highly organised and detail-oriented Buying Administrator to support our busy Beauty, buying team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong admin skill set, who is looking to use their skills in a fast-paced, commercially driven buying environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Senior Buyer and Junior Buyer
  • Create and maintain product listings, ensuring accurate setup within the Buying Planner and internal systems
  • Manage samples and oversee the critical path, coordinating with Logistics, Merchandising, Production, and Trade teams to ensure key deadlines are met
  • Support the planning and execution of new product launches in collaboration with Buying and Trade teams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product data, systems, and trade calendars
  • Process and upload pricing updates across multiple territories, always ensuring accuracy
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and brand partners
  • Conduct competitor analysis and compile comparative shopping reports to support commercial decision-making
  • Track and report promotional rebates, ensuring timely communication with relevant stakeholders
  • Provide general administrative support to the Buying department as required

Skills/Experience/Knowledge Needed

  • Previous expeirence in a similar industry, Beauty, Fashion is preferred
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Proactive and positive approach, with the confidence to ask questions and seek support when needed
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong administrative and IT skills, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • A genuine interest in Buying and a desire to build a career in this field
