Are you a Senior Backend Developer who wants to own features end-to-end and build products used at scale?

We’re working with a fast-growing, product-led tech business looking for a Node.js / TypeScript expert to join a high-performing squad. You’ll play a key role in shaping, building, and scaling core product features, from concept through to release and beyond.

This is a hands‑on engineering role where you’ll combine strong backend development with architecture input, best practice, and real ownership.

What you’ll be doing:

• Design, build and ship high-quality backend features end-to-end
• Take ownership of services from concept → production → optimisation
• Develop scalable APIs using Node.js / TypeScript
• Work closely with Product, Design and Tech Leads on roadmap and delivery
• Improve deployment, testing and engineering standards across the team
• Mentor others and champion best practices and clean code
• AWS (ECS, CDK, SNS, SQS, DynamoDB)
• REST APIs, HTTP, JSON services
• Automated testing (Jest)
• CI/CD (GitHub Actions / similar)
