This is a fantastic opportunity for a Design Manager to step into a fast-paced, technically challenging environment with a business known for quality, innovation, and long-term career development.

You will play a key role in driving the design process on large-scale mission‑critical projects, working closely with delivery, commercial, and engineering teams to ensure seamless coordination from early‑stage design through to construction.

This isn’t a role where you sit in the background you’ll be at the centre of decision‑making, influencing design outcomes, improving buildability, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.

With a strong pipeline of data centre work across the M25 corridor and Europe, this is a long‑term move offering clear progression into Senior Design Manager and leadership roles.

Your Role as a Design Manager Will Include:

  • Leading and coordinating the design process across MEP and CSA packages
  • Supporting tender stages and PCSA phases with technical input
  • Ensuring compliance with design standards, building regulations, and safety requirements
  • Promoting best practice in BIM, CDE platforms, and design coordination

As a Design Manager You Will Have:

  • Proven experience as a Design Manager within a Tier 1 contractor or major MEP contractor
  • Strong background in data centres, mission‑critical, or large‑scale construction projects
  • Solid understanding of MEP design and coordination
  • Knowledge of BS 7671, Building Regulations, and the Building Safety Act 2022
