Field Service Engineer – Digital; Inkjet printing

Responsibilities:
- Fault investigation, escalation and resolution.
- Preventive maintenance servicing.
- Installations.
- Extended support.
- On‑site and remote customer support.
- Paperwork, administration, and procedures.
- Exhibition support.
- Communication.
Key Tasks:
- Repair.
- Installation.
- Preventive maintenance.
- Remote support.
- Paperwork.
- Training.
- Technical website update and review.
- Travel in the UK and overseas in the EMEA periodically.
- Factory liaison.
- Testing and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Electro‑mechanical HND or relevant industry experience.
- Full driving licence and passport.
- Product and industry knowledge including Wide Format, Inkjet, Digital Print.
- IT and print related applications.
- Experience with Windows operating system.
- Training and presentation skills.
- Problem‑solving abilities.
Ideal Candidate Profile: Hardware electro‑mechanical engineer with an inkjet printing background, including fault investigation and resolution, escalation and preventative maintenance. Previous experience in a digital printing environment and good all‑round IT skills required.
