Role: Ads Packages Project Manager
Contract: 12 months
Location: London, UK (Hybrid)
Overview
You will own the end-to-end delivery of advertising packages for clients campaigns, working closely with brands, agencies, and internal teams to ensure campaigns launch on time and meet quality standards.
This is a hands‑on role focused on execution‑managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring all assets and deliverables are in place for successful campaign delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Own campaign delivery from post‑sale handover through to launch
- Drive timelines, track milestones, and ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate across internal teams, agencies, and clients
- Manage asset collection and approvals, ensuring completeness and quality
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders and provide regular updates
- Identify risks early and proactively resolve issues to keep campaigns on track
- Support campaign activations where required (including occasional on‑site presence)
What We’re Looking For
- 2‑4 years of experience in project management, marketing, or content operations
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
- Confident communicator with client‑facing experience
- Organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally and driving outcomes
- Familiarity with social media or digital advertising is a plus
- Agency experience is a bonus
