The Role
- Lead and mentor a team of passionate practitioners in delivering exceptional early years provision
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that spark curiosity and development
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Support the Deputy and Manager in day-to-day nursery operations
- Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and care
- Create a vibrant, inclusive environment where every child flourishes
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education & Care (or equivalent) – essential
- Proven experience in a supervisory or room leader role
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
- A natural leader with excellent communication skills
- Genuine passion for child development and early education
- Commitment to creating an inclusive, stimulating environment
