The Role
The position of Head of Finance & Governance reports directly into the Board providing fantastic autonomy & exposure. The key components of the role will include:
- Providing guidance and direction to the Board & Senior Leadership Team
- Ownership of financial accounting, governance, risk & compliance
- Ownership of financial and strategic planning
- Leading on process improvement and change/transformation programmes
- Liaising & supporting other key functions – HR, business support, IT/Technology
