We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our village operations to best-in-class standards. You will oversee the full spectrum of village life – from resident services and wellbeing programs to hospitality, facility management, and community engagement – ensuring an exceptional customer experience while delivering operational and financial excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business strategy into operational plans, driving financial performance and service excellence.
  • Manage village profit and loss, budgets, and revenue streams, including property sales and leases.
  • Lead hospitality and wellbeing services, ensuring residents feel engaged, empowered, and supported.
  • Oversee facility management, maintenance schedules, and investment projects, ensuring a safe, compliant, and attractive environment.
  • Build, inspire, and develop your team, embedding RVG values and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Engage with residents, customers, and stakeholders to foster strong community relationships.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 3 – 6 years’ general management experience in operational leadership, ideally within hospitality, healthcare, or retirement living.
  • Proven experience in managing budgets, teams, and delivering high-quality service standards.
  • A passion for creating thriving communities and exceptional customer experiences.
