Bright Learning is a growing private training and tuition provider delivering vocational qualifications, employability training, Functional Skills, and tuition support across two Leicester centres.
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised operations professional to help support the day-to-day running of a growing education and training business. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, coordinating people and processes, taking ownership of responsibilities, and working within a fast-paced operational environment.
You will work closely with leadership to help maintain smooth daily operations across learner support, enrolments, compliance processes, scheduling, customer service, and centre coordination.
Responsibilities
- Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the centre and ensure high standards across learner experience and administration
- Coordinate enrolments, learner communication, scheduling, assessments, examinations, and operational processes
- Maintain operational systems, learner records, and compliance documentation accurately
- Meet enrolment targets through proactive follow ups, enquiry handling and contributing towards acheiving monthly student resgistration goals across the centres.
- Liaise with awarding bodies, learners, tutors, and external organisations professionally
- Support operational planning, staff coordination, onboarding, and general centre organisation
- Resolve day-to-day learner, customer service, and operational issues efficiently while supporting continuous improvement across the business
- Work closely with leadership to support operational performance and continuous improvement across the centres
Skills & Experience
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Professional and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems
- Ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing operational needs
- Ability to work independently while supporting a wider team
- Previous experience in operations, sales, education, recruitment, customer service, retail management, or training environments would be beneficial
- Candidates who are multilingual, particularly in Hindi and/or Punjabi, will be preferred
