Key Responsibilities
- Health & Safety – make sure everyone goes home safe
- Quality – snag free delivery
- Commercially aware – working with the QS to turn a profit
- Staff management – monitor the construction programme and ensure everyone on site knows what they need to do and by when
- Manage the process – ensure records are maintained
Ideal Experience (not essential)
- Worked for a main contractor on projects between £5 m and £20 m
- Worked on new‑build and refurbishment projects
- Experience with a range of projects such as schools, commercial, leisure, and luxury housing
- 3+ years’ experience
- Passion for construction
- Willingness to learn and improve
