Description
- Supervise the credit control team to ensure efficient and accurate operations.
- Monitor and manage outstanding debts to achieve collection targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate timely payments.
- Develop and implement effective credit control processes and policies.
- Prepare and analyse credit reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in credit management.
- Support the Accounting & Finance department with relevant administrative tasks.
- Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance performance.
A Successful Credit Control Supervisor Should Have
- Strong experience in credit control.
