Are you a CNC Miller / Setter / Operator with aerospace manufacturing experience looking for a stable, days‑only role offering a permanent 4‑day working week and regular overtime paid at 1.5x?

Do you want to join a well‑established precision engineering company manufacturing high‑spec aerospace components where you will play a key role programming, setting and operating CNC milling machinery within a quality‑driven environment?

You will work within a close‑knit production team, supporting continuous improvement, reducing waste, and helping maintain a zero‑defect manufacturing culture.

This role would suit a CNC Miller with experience setting and operating CNC machinery who is confident working from technical drawings and manufacturing precision aerospace components.

The Role

  • Programme, set and operate CNC Milling machinery
  • Work on Haas Mills with Fanuc controls and Bridgeport Mills with Heidenhain controls
  • Manufacture precision aerospace components to tight tolerances
  • Carry out first‑off inspections and quality checks
  • Support continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives
  • Maintain machine efficiency and productivity targets
  • Work with aluminium, stainless steel and Inconel materials
  • Ensure all work complies with quality and health & safety standards

The Person

  • CNC Miller / Setter / Operator background
  • Aerospace manufacturing experience
  • Experience with Haas and/or Bridgeport machinery
