Excellent career opportunity with a leading UK manufacturer
We are working with a market-leading manufacturer within the interiors sector, supplying high-quality kitchen, bedroom and bathroom solutions into the UK construction market. Due to growth and restructure, they are looking to appoint two National Client Managers to cover the South East / Anglia and West Midlands regions.
The Role
This is a field-based, client-facing position focused on developing and securing specifications within the social housing and new-build sectors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Securing specifications for new-build residential projects
- Managing and developing relationships with housing associations, local authorities, and developers
- Working with both new and existing clients to grow market share
- Supporting refurbishment projects, selling directly to contractors
- Managing projects through from specification to handover
The role is heavily focused on kitchens (circa 95%), with some involvement in bedrooms and bathrooms.
About You
We are looking for a driven, commercially focused individual with strong relationship-building skills.
Ideal background:
- Experience selling kitchens, bathrooms, or KBB products
- Exposure to social housing, developers, or contractors
- Strong organisational and account management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and develop a territory
For the Northern Counties / East Anglia role, candidates should be able to hit the ground running.
For the South Wales / West Midlands role, there is also scope to consider a more junior candidate (e.g. a kitchen designer looking to step into field sales).
- Quarterly bonus (performance-based) + additional annual bonus
- Company car (pool car initially, then choice of EV)
- 25 days holiday
Why Apply?
- Join a well-established, financially strong manufacturer
- Work with major housing providers and developers
- Clear opportunity to develop and grow within the business
- Be part of a supportive, high-performing sales team
If you’re looking for your next step in field sales within the KBB or construction sector, this is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career.
