Audit Assistant Manager – Guildford Office

We are looking for an Audit Assistant Manager to join our Guildford office. The role involves providing on-site assistance on assurance assignments, ensuring our clients receive a quality service in all aspects. As an Assistant Manager, you will be a key part of Assurance teams undertaking assignments and may lead the on-site element of the work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive audit engagements and ensure compliance with standards
  • Mentor junior staff and enhance team performance
  • Lead client interactions, delivering exceptional service
  • Identify and resolve audit issues proactively and streamline processes for improved efficiency and quality

Qualifications

  • ACA or ACCA qualified or equivalent
  • Previous experience carrying out assurance-related tasks within a professional services firm
  • Proven experience in client handling and producing high-quality assurances
  • Experience of an analytical review approach is desirable
