Branch Manager
Vertu BMW Motorrad Shipley are recruiting for a Branch Manager to join our successful team. This is a unique opportunity to lead the way with Motorcycles and support BMW Motorrad.
We offer a competitive basic salary up to £50,000 with OTE up to £70,000 plus a range of company benefits.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for all aspects of the sites you manage.
- Foster manufacturer relationships and introduce marketing strategies to improve performance.
- Control finance, cost control and manage information.
- Oversee people management, motivating and inspiring your team.
- Ensure policies, processes, legislation and health and safety are adhered to.
Qualifications
- Experience of working within a main dealership management role with a proven sales and performance record.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Experience in CSI or a proven successful track record.
- Commitment to achieving excellence.
- Experience or passion for motorcycles (not essential).
