Global Access Strategy Manager – Contract (12 months)

Talentmark recruiting for a Global Access Strategy Manager to join a global pharmaceutical company on a contract basis initially for 12 months. Hybrid role with 3 days onsite in Slough.

Salary

£40.62 per hour PAYE or £55.87 per hour via Umbrella.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the development, maintenance and timely delivery of core payer evidence and value deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain payer evidence and value deliverables.
  • Provide evidence-based inputs and drafting support that help translate strategic assumptions, scenarios, access risks and trade-offs.
  • Identify payer‑relevant evidence gaps and access risks and coordinate with Health Economics and Real World Evidence colleagues to inform evidence generation priorities.
  • Provide structured evidence inputs to Health Economics and Real World Evidence leads for inclusion in relevant evidence governance forums.

Qualifications

  • Experience in market access related roles within the (bio)pharmaceutical industry or consulting.
  • Experience supporting global or asset‑level payer evidence or access projects.
  • Direct experience supporting affiliates with HTA submissions, payer interactions or local adaptation of global value materials.
  • Understanding of payer and HTA decision‑making in at least one major market.
  • Hold a relevant degree or have equivalent working experience.
