Job: Quality and Control Manager

Location: Dukinfield, England, North West

Type: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 -16:30

Salary: £45,000 per annum

What you'll be doing

• Oversee day‑to‑day quality across all operations
• Manage and improve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System
• Support the HSQE Manager with ISO 18001 and ISO 45001 accreditation
• Lead internal audits and address non‑conformances
• Drive corrective and preventative actions
• Monitor quality KPIs and identify process improvements
• Train and support production teams on quality standards
• Handle customer quality issues and supplier concerns

What we're looking for

• Experience in a quality role within manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001
• Some exposure to ISO 18001 / ISO 45001
• Experience with audits, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
• Good written and verbal communication skills
