Role Overview

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our client based in Eastleigh. You will be responsible for managing a team of up to 13 staff, overseeing operations and reporting to the warehouse manager. Our client offers a temporary to permanent contract, where you will temp for 12 weeks then be offered a permanent contract performance dependant.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing warehouse team
• Unloading deliveries safely
• Quality control of incoming materials
• Goods out and dispatch
• Moving stock safely around the warehouse, using forklift (licence dependant)
• Overseeing warehouse systems and procedures

Candidate Requirements

• Previous warehouse team leadership experience is a must
• Forklift experience desirable but not essential
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Good communication skills
