Responsibilities

• Technical development of associates, precedent and know‑how training and management
• Producing legal updates
• Ensuring knowledge sharing across the practice and firm
• Deep involvement in legal tech, AI tools and document automation

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years PQE as a corporate private equity lawyer in a highly banded top‑tier corporate practice
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to deliver clear and concise guidance to stakeholders and support in business development
• Strong technical skills in private equity transactions
