Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from planning through to completion
• Develop and manage detailed project programmes
• Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and supply chains
• Oversee site activity to ensure progress, safety, and quality standards are met
• Act as the key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
• Streamline operations by improving workflows and resolving delivery challenges
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality expectations
• Manage risks, budgets, and timelines to maintain project performance

Criteria

• Electrical background as a qualified electrician
• Demonstrable experience delivering projects within electrical infrastructure
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A solid understanding of quality assurance and inspection processes
• Confident communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholdersAbility to work both remotely and on site as required
• Full and clean driving license

Salary

• £60,000 – £70,000 (DOE)
