We are a global Hi-tech company looking for a strong, independent Global Field Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing initiatives across multiple international markets.

This is a business-oriented role, not a pure execution role. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to regional leadership and commercial teams, translating market needs into pipeline generation and revenue impact.

The role requires a marketer who is both strategic and hands-on, highly proactive, and capable of operating independently in a fast-paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive regional marketing plans aligned with business goals and revenue targets.
  • Build and execute demand generation programs that create measurable pipeline impact.
  • Lead and execute end-to-end field marketing initiatives, including planning and delivery of events, trade shows, and local activations, with full ownership from concept through execution and post-event conversion, while driving pre-event engagement (targeting, ABM, meeting booking) and ensuring strong follow-up to maximize pipeline impact and ROI.
  • Partner closely with sales and regional leadership to identify opportunities, define priorities, and support growth strategy
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and initiate actions independently
  • Measure and optimize performance across campaigns and events (pipeline, conversion, ROI)

What We Are Looking For

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a global or regional role
  • Experience working in the European market; preference for experience working with the UK.
  • Strong experience in field marketing, demand generation, or ABM
  • Proven experience working closely with sales teams in a revenue-driven environment
  • Hands-on experience managing B2B events and trade shows globally
  • Highly independent, proactive with strong business orientation.
  • Strong English proficiency, additional languages considered a strong advantage.
