Pertemps are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established company based in Brackley for a Quality Control Operative. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate looking to join a growing team.

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

Pay Rate

£12.71 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting quality inspections on incoming and finished products
  • Identifying and reporting defects or inconsistencies
  • Ensuring products meet company and industry standards
  • Completing quality control documentation accurately
  • Working closely with production teams to maintain quality standards
  • Following health and safety procedures at all times

The Ideal Candidate Will

  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Be reliable and able to work independently
  • Have previous experience in a quality control or manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)
  • Possess good communication and organisational skills
