What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working in a registered service and within safeguarding frameworks
  • A strong understanding of trauma-informed care and positive behaviour management
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team
  • Calm, resilient, and empathetic approach, even under pressure
  • NVQ Level 4 in Management in Care (or willingness to work towards it)
  • Registration with Social Care Wales (or eligibility to register)

What's on offer?

  • Salary of £36,000 per annum
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing to 32 days with service)
  • Pension scheme with enhanced contributions after 12 months
  • Ongoing professional development and training
  • A chance to make a real difference in young people’s lives

If you’re driven, compassionate, and ready for a challenge, this is your chance to take on a leadership role where every day brings the opportunity to change a future.
