Responsibilities
- Ensure that the home environment is safe, secure, and motivating for both staff and young people.
- Manage day‑to‑day operations, overseeing staff performance and fostering a supportive team culture.
- Maintain and enhance the home’s Ofsted rating (Good or Outstanding), ensuring compliance with all requirements.
- Actively involve yourself with new referrals and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team of Psychologists, Occupational Therapists and other clinical staff.
- Enable young people to regain their childhood and create pathways to become well‑rounded adults.
Qualifications
- Experience managing an Ofsted‑rated Good or Outstanding children’s home.
- A committed and enthusiastic leader with a passion to make a difference.
- Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
- Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
