The Role
- Full responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple projects (typically GBP1m-GBP25m) from pre‑construction through to final account and defects period
- Managing site teams, subcontractors and supply chain
- Driving programme, commercial performance, health & safety and quality standards
- Client liaison and regular reporting at senior level
- Leading regular project reviews and ensuring profitable outcomes
The Person
- Proven track record as a Contracts Manager /Project Manager looking to step up)
- Experience delivering commercial, industrial, logistics, or similar projects (new build or refurbishment)
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness with excellent client facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple schemes concurrently
Remuneration
- Highly competitive basic salary (negotiable DOE)
- Generous car allowance
- 30 days annual leave + bank holidays
- 2-week Christmas/New Year shutdown (subject to project requirements)
