Front of House Supervisor | Monday – Friday

The Salad Project: £14 per hour

We are The Salad Project, London’s answer to healthy food and a fresh outlook on how we live, feel and eat. Our founders Florian and James opened the doors to our first store in the summer of 2021. Today, we are a six store operation, expanding across London.

Role: FOH Supervisor

  • 40 – 45 hours per week
  • Work under our restaurant managers
  • Lead one service a day
  • Help manage our team members
  • Implement and improve service processes
  • Monitor and implement hygiene best practices
  • Help maintain our 5* hygiene rating

Expectations: Efficiency, Communication, Energy

  • Ability to steady the ship and prevent issues before they happen
  • Leadership and communication skills
  • Positive energy and dedication to the team
  • Strong ability to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Ensure service levels are maintained to the standards we expect
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Respectful and conscious when it comes to punctuality and scheduling

Experience Requirements | 1 Year

  • Ideally, you will have 1 year’s experience managing a team in a fast‑paced environment within the hospitality industry

Compensation: £14 per hour

  • 30 days holiday package (including bank holidays)
