Senior Account Manager – Place & Property Marketing

Salary: Circa >£60k (negotiable depending on experience)

Location: London (hybrid – office‑based and on‑site client meetings)

Our client, a well‑respected and established marketing agency specialising in place and property marketing, is looking to appoint a talented Senior Account Manager to join their growing London team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work agency‑side with some of the most inspiring names in real estate, regeneration, and urban design. You’ll play a key role in helping brands and developments find their voice, from shaping strategic narratives to delivering stand‑out creative campaigns that bring places to life.

You’ll work closely with clients ranging from pioneering developers and architects to major city stakeholders, managing multiple projects and ensuring seamless, high‑quality delivery at every stage.

Responsibilities

  • Lead relationships with clients and partners, building trust and ensuring clear communication.
  • Manage multiple projects from brief to delivery, ensuring high‑quality execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to shape strategic narratives and deliver creative campaigns for places and properties.
  • Coordinate with clients in real estate, regeneration, and urban design sectors.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in account management within property, placemaking, or brand marketing agencies.
  • A solid understanding of the built environment and its communication landscape.
  • Confident client‑facing skills with the ability to lead relationships and build trust.
  • A balance of strategic thinking and creative sensibility, with strong project management capability.
