The Role

  • Making outbound calls to existing, previous and prospective customers
  • Building customer relationships and identifying sales opportunities
  • Preparing quotations and following up enquiries
  • Updating customer records and maintaining CRM systems
  • Managing incoming email enquiries in a professional manner
  • Supporting customer retention and account activity
  • Delivering a high standard of customer service
  • Assisting with general sales administration duties

About You

  • Previous experience in telesales, sales or customer service
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Motivated, resilient and target-driven
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Able to manage workload effectively and work independently
