Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑standard emergency nursing care in a busy Accident & Emergency environment.
• Prioritise care for multiple patients in a fast‑paced clinical setting.
• Support the development of quality improvement projects and participate in pre‑hospital MDT response units such as the Physician Response Unit.
• Engage with a structured orientation and ongoing mentorship to progress within the Emergency Nursing Framework.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months acute post‑registration experience.
• Strong organisational, communication and clinical skills.
• Self‑motivated with resilience to meet the challenges of a stimulating work environment.
