Bridgend Council is embarking on an ambitious journey of modernisation, shaping how services are delivered across the Council and embracing digital innovation, service redesign and organisational change.

The Council's central transformation team has an important role to play in supporting and delivering a range of projects across all service areas in line with the Council's corporate transformation agenda.

A high performer with expertise in project management will be working within the central team to support key corporate programmes and projects across the organisation, including the implementation of improved computerised systems and introducing new ways of working to achieve the desired benefits.

Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees.

A valid driving licence is a requirement for this post.

The council's Hybrid Working Policy applies to this post. This provides a framework for establishing how you will undertake working hours between your home and the office.
