What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an exceptional, product‑minded software engineer to join our engineering team and help scale Omnea. You will support us in driving the product, team and company growth as we transition from start‑up to scale‑up.
What Can You Expect in our Tech team?
- Join a skilled, fast‑growing early‑stage company and work alongside experienced full‑stack product engineers.
- Have direct product impact by prioritising the roadmap, defining project scopes and technical direction.
- Work with modern, cloud‑native stack – Typescript, React, Material UI, Postgres, Hasura, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, EventBridge, AWS CDK, SST, Sentry, Lumigo, LogRocket and GitHub Actions.
- Own projects end‑to‑end from design and architecture to deployment and monitoring.
- Embrace continuous delivery with small incremental production releases multiple times per day.
- Help scale the product, architecture and processes while maintaining performance and reliability.
- Work autonomously and collaborate closely with the team for challenging problems.
- Engage customers, respond to feedback and iterate products based on their input.
About You
- Experienced (typically 8+ years) building full‑stack web applications using Typescript and AWS.
- Focused on high impact engineering and have experience with critical systems, AWS IaC, observability and quality assessments.
- Understand building highly reliable, well‑architected products with observability and redundancy.
- Ready to get a lot done across the stack, enjoy problem solving and learning new skills quickly.
- Crave ownership and enjoy tackling complex projects or improving DevOps/SRE.
- Team builder, offers actionable feedback, explains concepts and levels up teammates.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, autonomous decision‑making and supported by an experienced team.
