IT Global Consulting Limited – Seeking an experienced and highly motivated QA & Automation Test Engineer responsible for testing, maintenance, and ongoing support of the platform, and acting as the internal focal point for an enterprise platform. The person should be self‑motivated and ambitious, with an ongoing desire to maintain their knowledge level at the forefront of QA & Automation Test processes and technologies.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the software design team to discuss verification protocols
- Identify weaknesses and target areas of a software application
- Develop ideas for automated software test procedures
- Detect and report problem areas
- Design and install software databases
- Identify quality issues and create test reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience as an automation test engineer
- Advanced programming skills in automation systems and databases
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Java and VBScript
- In-depth knowledge of application functions, bug fixing, and testing protocols
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Project management skills
