Service & Maintenance Engineer
A well-established London-based specialist infire, security and communal systemsis looking to add an experienced Service & Maintenance Engineerto its growing field engineering team. This is a mobile role covering London and surrounding suburbs, working across domestic and commercial environments.
What the Service & Maintenance Engineer will be doing
- Delivering compliant maintenance and servicing on fire and security systems
- Attending reactive call-outs and carrying out small repair works
- Completing on-site asset records and service documentation
- Managing your daily schedule and workload efficiently
- Providing clear updates to the service office each day
- Representing the business professionally when working with customers
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Service & Maintenance Engineer within fire and/or security systems
- Solid understanding of relevant British Standards
- Recognised industry qualifications (NSI, LPCB, City & Guilds or similar)
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites
- CCTV and access control experience essential (Entrotec knowledge advantageous)
- Clean record with the ability to pass DBS/security screening
