Senior Staff Nurse – Ward
Nuffield Health, Highgate Hospital | London N6 4DJ | Ward | Permanent | Full time | Includes nights and weekend work.
Ward shifts: long days 07:30–20:00, nights 20:00–07:30, average 4 nights/month, 14 shifts/month.
As a Senior Staff Nurse at Nuffield Health Highgate Hospital you will be NMC registered with significant post‑registration experience in an acute or relevant clinical setting. You will have strong clinical decision‑making, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills. You will have the proven ability to lead, mentor, and support a nursing team across multi‑specialty surgical procedures. Ideally you hold qualifications in teaching, assessment, and management.
Responsibilities

- Use your excellent clinical skills and empathetic approach to meet each patient’s needs.

- Contribute to scheduling and rotas, recruitment, induction, performance reviews and training.
