Role Overview

As a BMS Service Engineer, you will play an integral role in maintaining, repairing, and upgrading building management systems. You will work closely with our client’s dedicated team to ensure that all systems maximise efficiency and meet the highest standards of reliability and user comfort.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance on BMS systems
  • Undertaking system improvements and modifications to optimise performance
  • Responding to system failures and effectively diagnosing and fixing issues
  • Commissioning, integrating and configuring systems
  • Producing high‑quality technical reports

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience working with Schneider systems, particularly EcoStruxure
  • Understanding of other BMS technologies
  • Strong problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent technical understanding of BMS principles
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence
