Administrator – Redcar, UK (Full‑time Permanent)
Geocore Site Investigations, part of the RSK Group, is looking for an Administrator to join their growing office team in Redcar.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Provide project support including hiring equipment, booking accommodation, arranging travel, and issuing site instructions
- Raise invoices, credit notes and purchase orders
- Set up clients and projects
- Assist with fleet management (arranging services and repairs, maintaining records)
- Ensure compliance paperwork is up‑to‑date (e.g. RAMS, certifications, training records)
- Monitor and process SHEQ and ESG KPIs
Experience / Requirements
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous office experience required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self‑motivated with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with a professional and calm telephone manner, and confidence to make outbound calls to clients and suppliers
- Highly organized for planning workloads and meeting deadlines
