We're seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead service and warranty operations. You'll manage a team of advisors and technicians, drive workshop performance, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the aftersales team and oversee daily operations
  • Handle escalated customer issues and warranty claims
  • Improve workshop efficiency, productivity and turnaround times
  • Monitor KPIs (labour hours, WIP, CSI, rework)
  • Ensure high standards in diagnostics, repairs and quality control
  • Support systems implementation and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with sales and logistics for smooth vehicle handovers

About You

  • Proven aftersales management experience (motor trade)
  • Strong technical and commercial understanding
  • Effective leader with excellent communication skills
  • Organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
