We are working with a great dealership based in Eastbourne. They are currently looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their amazing team.

The successful candidate must have strong experience in a Service Advisor position at a dealership.

What you’ll do each day

  • Liaise with customers regarding outstanding work and follow up on Service Plans.
  • Log all appointments, reservations, and MOTs are added to our Database.
  • Capture customer email addresses and assist in increasing the customer database.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and obtain payments for service work and repairs.
  • Maintain communication with the customer whilst their vehicle is at the branch.
  • Complete job cards with accurate information.
  • Liaise with the Sales Department to promote the sale of new/used vehicles.
  • Book out and control ’courtesy cars’.
  • Deal with complaints quickly and effectively.

The working hours will be Monday – Friday 8 – 6pm. 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 8.30 – 1pm.
