Stephen James Consulting are working with one of their established elderly care providers in the search for a Home Manager (RGN) based in Horsham.
This is a well-performing, large nursing, residential and dementia service with a Good CQC rating, requiring an experienced nurse-qualified manager to lead the home and maintain high standards of care and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring full compliance with CQC and clinical governance standards
- Lead and support nursing and care teams to deliver safe, high-quality, person‑centred care
- Maintain strong clinical oversight including audits, medication management, and risk management
- Drive occupancy, performance, and team stability across the home
- Work closely with senior leadership to sustain and build on current standards
To be considered for the role, you will need
- Active UK NMC PIN (RGN)
- Proven experience as a Home Manager within a nursing home setting
- Strong clinical governance and compliance experience
- Track record of maintaining or improving CQC ratings
- Confident leadership style with the ability to manage large teams
The role offers a salary of £75,000, depending on experience.
